By hiring Rui (Syed Ruidar Ali Shah) for any project — Shopify development, full-stack development, AI automation, digital marketing, or WordPress work — you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
Services offered include, but are not limited to: Shopify store design and development, full-stack web application development, AI-powered automation and agents, digital marketing and Meta ad campaigns, and WordPress development. The specific scope for your project will be agreed upon before work begins.
To keep your project on track, clients are expected to:
Delays in the above may affect the overall project timeline.
Estimated timelines are provided based on the agreed scope. Timelines may shift if the scope changes, if client feedback is delayed, or if access/assets aren't provided on schedule.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, content created specifically for your project) transfers to the client upon full and final payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Rui. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code snippets used to build your project that aren't unique to it remain the property of Rui and may be reused in other projects.
Any confidential business information shared during a project will be treated as private and won't be disclosed to third parties, except where necessary to complete the agreed work (e.g. app integrations).
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality, reliable work, Rui is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of delivered work, third-party platform changes (e.g. Shopify, Meta, WordPress updates), or issues outside of reasonable control.
Either party may choose to end a project early with written notice. In this case, payment is due for all work completed up to that point, in line with the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the client's own jurisdiction.
These terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to work together after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
