This Payment Policy outlines how payments are handled for projects booked through Rui (Syed Ruidar Ali Shah). It applies to all Shopify development, full-stack development, AI automation, digital marketing, and WordPress projects.

The exact structure for your project will be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before any work begins.
Payment methods vary depending on your location and will be confirmed directly for your project — commonly this includes bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or other mutually agreed methods for international clients.
Project pricing is typically quoted in USD for international clients unless otherwise agreed. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the client.
If a milestone or final payment is delayed beyond the agreed timeline, work on the project may be paused until payment is received. Continued delays may affect the project delivery timeline.
An invoice or payment confirmation will be provided for each payment made. Please keep these for your own records.
Any applicable transaction fees, bank charges, or taxes related to sending payment are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
